Processing times
Your photo magnets are made and packed by me Christy, in Ballarat, Victoria. Please allow 2–5 business days to make and process your order before shipping.
Need your order sooner?
If you need your order for a particular occasion, please contact us at collektiveline@hotmail.com or send us a message on Instagram @collektiveline. We’ll do our best to meet your timeframe.
Click and collect
If you’re a Ballarat local, click and collect is also available and may allow us to process your order sooner. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Shipping times
Once your order has been processed, estimated Australia Post delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days, depending on your location
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $40. For orders under $40 and express delivery, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Excludes Business Bulk Order.
Please note that these delivery estimates are in addition to our 2–5-business-day processing time.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its delivery.
Delays and damaged orders
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are outside our control and delays may occasionally occur with Australia Post.
We know how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help.
